How much?

 

As Moringa is a very powerful food, your body needs time to adjust to it. Increase your Moringa powder intake slowly over the time. Start by eating/drinking 1 teaspoon a day. After the 2nd week of use, increase to 1 tablespoon per day and continue to slowly increase your consumption until you reach 2 tablespoons per day.
